Actually, Umair, the Supreme Court is above the fray. Their decisions are based on our Rule of Law--the Constitution and the long "stare decisis" of civil and criminal law that has evolved through our American judicial system.

The weak spot for the Biden cause--if there is one-- is actually in the Electoral College.

The Constutional language establishing this hybrid institution from a bygone authoritarian age--the language is indefinite in prescribing a specific course of action to be taken by the "Electors."

Our American tradition is for the Electors to simply manifest the election-expressed will of the People by echoing the vote of We the people.

But in contentious times such as we now have, there could be a rogue Electoral delegation or two that would take liberties in interpreting the mandate that has been laid upon their plate by a divided populace.

We might have, for the first time in our history, an Electoral College showdown, and a huge mess on our hands.

But hey!
