Actually, the patterns here and now are more comparable, I perceive, to the 1920's Italian descent into Mussolini fascism. Furthermore, if you compare the posture and facial expressions of Mussolini to those of tRump, a blatant arrogance is observable in both; it leaves me with a very disturbing sense that the same smirking pride dominates the personality of both authoritarian big-heads: Mussolini and tRump.
