But what is your assessment that the 2020 "magnifier" effect can now be redirected as a result of moving, in 2021, away from the trumpish dystrophy toward a Biden Redirection?

Could we be on the cusp of a "New Deal" type of arrangement, a la the New Deal of the 1930's, as setting a course back toward constructive recovery and progress?
