Perhaps we have an opportunity to demonstrate American exceptionalism.

As I write this, our new President, Joe Biden has just delivered a post-Electoral College speech.

That's good news.

Perhaps we are exceptional, insofar as we have just survived an attempted fascist coup. This overcoming renders us and our .gov system a nation of historic significance--as we were in 1776 and 1865-- who have outsmarted and outlived a Mussolinish takeover and have lived to tell about.

Let's get together with Joe, Kamala and all Americans who are willing to make this democratic republic function again as a nation of the people, governed by the people, for the people.

Let's make America work again . . . with masks on until they are no longer necessary.
