Social media is our new vehicle.

We did not comprehend the dangers of that vehicle until a certain amount of mileage had been driven.

We need to drive by the rules of the road.

We need to write, text, tweet, post, speak. . . according to our emerging rules of the cyber "road". . . so that fewer collisions will occur, fewer accidents will happen, and fewer injuries and fatalities will be inflicted on our fellow-travelers.
