Science fiction, indeed, ArieGuard!

I have indeed written a novel that, in part, fictionalizes messenger RNA as a sailing ship. The HMS RuNAbout trolls through a Cytoplasm ocean, allowing an R&R port-stop for the amino-trolling crew, at the MiteyKindofYou restaurant, to stock up on ATP before embarking for the Ribosome islands where the harvested aminos are downloaded for protein production.

Captain Dean Gene captains the vessel in a substory of my novel, Glass Chimera.
