Thank you for this history lesson! I have been wondering about this ever since we visited Prague, six years ago. After returning from Czechia, I was noticing that on maps, that word "Bohemia" is present--it seemed--in the northern region of what is now called the Czech Republic, and also Slovakia to the east, which makes sense, because Romania is also to the east.

It makes sense. As the Austrian empire had joined up with Hungary, centuries ago, Romania was also somehow shuffled into the deck. So Romanians were enabled to more easily travel westward through Austria, and ultimately to France and even America!
