That mystical, philosophical maturity, which we nobly aspire to would certainly include a tolerance; it is a civilizing forbearance of those fellow-citizens whose intuitions re intelligent design are retained for the sake of peace and tranquility, and possibly even truth itself, if there is such a thing.

Our deep inclination toward purpose may, for some, be effectively satisfied by simply finding and entering into benevolent work. Mr. Peterson's clinical explorations reveal that a young person in despair over the existential burden of existence can sometimes just accept what appears to be a meaningful burden, lift it . . . . and then find, inexplicably, or even magically, some relief from the burden of meaninglessness.

Keep the great Search going . . . until we reach the end of our collective and individual, our childlike and adulterated . . . journey, whatever that might be.
