The best antidote for all this dysphoria is parenthood. Accepting responsibility for a child--the raising of a child--sets up the best condition for true maturity and and practical, real-life, loving, caring responsibilty... which ultimately leads to maturity and a high level of functionality.

I recommend for every man who is willing to take responsibility for his his own life: find a responsible woman, and together, take responsibility for a child.

If not your own coupular child, adopt an orphan.
