There is so much history here it will take me a while to sort it all out, starting with, uh, just remembering all those songs, which I do, but. some more vaguely than the others.

The one that stands out in my mind is Norwegian Wood. That song was an amazingly innovative piece of work.

If Dylan had a hand in it, well, God bless him, but artists at that level ought not to be bickering about who did what or who didn't do or woulda shoulda coulda blah blah blah. I mean, Dylan's genius was always lyrics, with his God-given internal radar to pick up on the signs of the times and how the times were changing etc.

The other mysterious element about Norwegian Wood, is, or was, was "norwegian wood" just a eupemism for reefer, or was it, wood from Norway?

But George's sitar on that song did more to catapaulting the Beatles into new realms of musical adventure than all the other incredible components and aspects of their music.

I am going to find some way to go back and revisit that whole album. You got a link?
