There seems to be a widespread misinterpretation of our Constitution, regarding the role of state legilators in the federal election process.

Any more helpful reports about, specifically, where it is in our Constitution that this legislature role may be unclear--such explanations would be helpful in sorting out this rampant republican misconception.

If you come across any Constitutional clauses or Amendments from which these misunderstandings arise--please help me understand.
