This baby boomer appreciates your analysis. I have learned a lot by reading it. Thanks. I do understand — a little more clearly, anyway — the difference between Xers and Millenials. My wife of 40 years and I have raised three, born in early ‘80’s, and I have never understood how to classify them between those two identities, X and Mill, although each one of our three have successfully maneuvered through and beyond the oversimplified classifications. History is, as I hope you know, rife with oversimplifications. On the other hand, if we do not attempt to simplify the myriads of data that we — each generation — are mired in, we would never figure anything out.
