If Kamala does not actively show herself to be competent--and bold-- in leadership. . . and especially in exercising any legitimate authority to repair the weak spots of Joe's aging persona, then Joe and the other Dem leaders need to twist her arm to compel here to step up to the plate, or step aside and make way for a VP who can move directly into the oval office if necessary, whether as president, or as de facto president.
