You raise some good points here, but they are all irrelevant because trump will be unable to perform oval office duties when he is in prison.
Our chief prosecutor is putting together a tight case to convict trump of serious crimes. His insurrectionary treason will be revealed when he is at last exposed in court to be a traitor against the People of our United States.
And all of those tiddly-wink charges, sexual charges and other improprieties--the magas don't give a flying fud's attention to those mumbly-peg offenses.
But when his treason is openly presented in a court of Law, when he is convicted and shown to be the guiltiest traitor in American history. . . THEN the necessity of his imprisonment will be as clear to all of us. . . clear as a sunny January 6 morning.
